Episode 196: Radical Prioritization

In a workshop I taught recently, someone asked me how to handle multiple competing priorities. This is certainly the reality for everyone to have to work on several projects at once--but it doesn’t mean working on everything. This is where radical prioritization comes in: focusing on the best and highest use of time is; saying no (sometimes even to important things); and clear and frequent communication.

This episode shares how to approach radical prioritization for your organization, your team members, and yourself—and I’ll also give you the exact template I recommend using when someone gives you yet another project to take on.
